About The Position

Join our team as an Exhibitor Services Support Specialist where you’ll connect with exhibitors, drive lead solutions, and ensure seamless event experiences! Responsible for managing orders and inquiries for exhibitor services events, updating exhibitor information in the CRM system, processing sales refund requests, documenting tax-exempt customers, executing marketing email blasts, handling equipment orders for onsite teams, and providing remote support for app-only events.
