About The Position
The Exhibition Security Officer at the Detroit Institute of Arts is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of museum exhibitions and guests. This part-time, temporary role involves serving as an ambassador for the museum, enforcing policies, and providing exemplary customer service during special exhibitions. The officer will work under the supervision of the Supervisor of Protection Services and will be expected to communicate effectively with visitors while maintaining a vigilant presence in the galleries.
