Requirements

Have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
Can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a production environment
Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
Take pride in quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
Are comfortable using power tools or willing to be trained
Stay focused and composed in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
Stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
Lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials
Work on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms
Operate around moving machinery, equipment, and vehicles

Responsibilities

Report to the assigned Showroom Lead for each job
Assemble and disassemble exhibit structures with speed and precision
Maintain a consistent level of quality while meeting deadlines
Follow instructions, drawings, and verbal direction closely
Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively
Participate in training on additional tools and machinery (miter saw, forklift, scissor lift, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work collaboratively with teammates to complete builds on schedule
Provide and maintain your own basic tool set
