The Exhibit Artist (EA) works as a team with other artists and designers to create and produce the best solutions for our design requirements. Working closely with the Key Exhibit Artists (KEA), Supervising Art Director (SAD), Project Designers/ Art Director (PDAD), Manager of Digital Sculpting (MOS) and senior management, the EA will produce artwork for use in permanent or temporary exhibit settings. This could include and not be limited to sculpting, mold making, casting, painting, concept design, interior and exterior design, concept illustration, outside vendor art direction, on site installation and art direction. They must possess the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining pleasant, flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important, and they must work independently with little or no supervision.
