About The Position
StretchLab is seeking passionate and dedicated Flexologists to join our team in Billings, MT. As a Flexologist, you will play a crucial role in providing one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to our clients, helping them improve their mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a rapidly growing modality within the fitness and wellness industry. You will be responsible for delivering personalized stretch sessions, which can last either 25 or 50 minutes, tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. Your role will involve encouraging and motivating clients throughout their sessions, ensuring their safety by applying proper stretching techniques, and adhering to StretchLab's policies and safety rules. In addition to conducting stretch sessions, you will be expected to attend staff meetings and participate in required educational presentations to enhance your skills and knowledge. Handling member concerns and assisting sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales will also be part of your responsibilities. Building and retaining a strong client membership base is essential, as is maintaining a robust social media presence to engage with clients and promote retention. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all equipment and work areas to ensure they are ready for client use at all times, following COVID-19 cleaning procedures.
