About The Position

Fundamental in achieving recognized world-class health care. Directly and indirectly responsible for the patient care environment. Provides care collaboratively with health care team members and autonomously applying the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation process. Leads, mentors, role models for other health care team members. Coordinates and delegates care in a safe, secure, and clean environment. Uses evidenced-based practice and information technologies while maintaining focus on providing comfort, relieving pain, and alleviating anxiety. Practices within the scope and conditions of the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) guidelines. Follows all Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH) policies, procedures, and requirements. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in exercise physiology or exercise science
Certified Cardia Rehabilitation Professional (CCRP) from the AACVRP required within one (1) year of hire
