Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an inside sales B2C role or a patient scheduling/enrollment role at a physician practice.
• 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction.
• Ability to track and report on a key metric or several key metrics that define your success.
• Background in Exercise Physiology.
• Plus if bilingual in English & other languages.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, convert, and enroll an assigned referral base of potential patients.
• Make outbound calls to prospective patients to explain details about the program and enroll them in Movn Health's cardiac rehab program.
• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals who come to us by way of referral.
• Ensure that the patient receives a detailed explanation of Movn Health's services and benefits.
• Handle questioning and feedback within each encounter to those who are interested in enrolling.
• Work to ensure the efficient scheduling of patient appointments.
• Perform insurance verification as required to navigate patient questions related to coverage.
• Leverage internal teams to answer patient questions and resolve issues thoroughly.
• Work with Movn's clinical staff and staff at referring physician offices to improve operational processes.
• Set up Movn patient-facing app as needed.
• Work within Movn's EHR to coordinate care for patients.

Benefits

• Contract position with hourly pay ranging from $18 to $25.
