Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or health care related field.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• ACSM Certification - ACMS Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist or Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist or certification eligible and obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Meets Core Competencies as defined by AACVPR for Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months experience in cardiac rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the evaluation and treatment of patients ages 13 years old and older referred to the Cardiac Rehabilitation Programs.
• Involved in the ongoing development of Cardiac Rehabilitation programs.
• Responsible for supervising graded exercise tests in the non-invasive cardiovascular lab.
