About The Position
The exercise monitor is responsible for accurately and effectively monitoring the Wellness & Fitness Center in order to ensure a safe, supervised environment for members. This includes answering incoming calls and making outbound calls, assisting with direct membership inquiries/sales and scheduling members for ancillary services. The exercise monitor collaborates with other Wellness & Fitness Center staff to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and builds member retention.
