About The Position

The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Project Management at PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of all projects within the company. This role is pivotal in leading a team of project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The EVP will play a critical role in shaping project management practices, driving operational excellence, and supporting the company's growth objectives. In this position, the EVP will develop and implement the strategic vision and direction for the project management division, aligning project management strategies with the company's overall business objectives. Collaboration with the executive team will be essential to drive innovation, sustainability, and efficiency in project execution. The EVP will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects, ensuring they meet established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This includes implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project performance and identify areas for improvement. Financial management is another critical aspect of this role, as the EVP will develop and manage the project management division's budget, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability. The EVP will evaluate and approve project expenditures, contracts, and financial commitments while identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising project quality or timelines. Team leadership and development are also key responsibilities, as the EVP will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Regular performance evaluations and professional development opportunities will be conducted to ensure the project management team has the necessary resources, training, and support to succeed. Additionally, the EVP will identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, contractors, and community partners, will be essential. The EVP will represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events, promoting the company's project management capabilities and achievements while addressing and resolving any issues or concerns from stakeholders related to project execution.
