This position is responsible for managing property accounts with total insured values of $750M and greater for assigned regions. The role involves accountability for managing a renewal book between $30MM - $35MM in accordance with CI Property line of business strategies and key account management practices. The individual will also be involved in complex property new business production of $3.5MM, developing a target process to achieve a 25% conversion rate. Collaboration with assigned regions/branches and all stakeholders is essential in managing key accounts and driving new business opportunities for complex property. The position requires building submission pipelines and target conversions in accordance with CI strategies, as well as developing agency relationships to effectively manage key accounts and generate new business production. The role also includes serving as a coach/mentor within assigned regions for complex property expertise and market intelligence, managing the execution of CI Property strategies, and overall portfolio management for assigned regions. Additionally, the position requires travel to local branch offices, meetings with agents/brokers, and key account insured meetings, with roughly 6-8 customer visits per year.
