About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Executive Travel Advisor to deliver white-glove, end-to-end travel planning for executive business and personal travel. This role goes far beyond standard vacation booking—you will serve as a trusted advisor, managing complex itineraries, international travel logistics, and time-sensitive changes with precision and discretion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate, luxury, or executive travel planning
  • Advanced knowledge of global airline ticketing, fare rules, and routing
  • Experience with GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, or Apollo)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously

  • ASTA Verified Travel Advisor (VTA)
  • The Travel Institute Certifications: CTC (Certified Travel Counselor), CTIE (Certified Travel Industry Executive), CTA (Certified Travel Associate – less advanced)
  • ARC Accreditation or ARC Verified Travel Consultant (VTC)
  • IATA Accreditation
  • ASTA Membership
  • IATAN / IATA ID card affiliation
  • Destination or supplier specialist certifications
  • Luxury consortia experience (e.g., Virtuoso)

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries (air, hotel, ground, private charters, experiences)
  • Provide high-touch concierge-level service for executive and VIP travelers
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and disruptions with speed and accuracy
  • Book and ticket airfare across multiple carriers, including complex international routes
  • Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and luxury travel partners
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies, visa requirements, and global entry regulations
  • Monitor travel in real-time and proactively resolve issues before they impact the client
  • Deliver cost-effective solutions without compromising experience or efficiency
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Optimize client travel value by managing and maximizing airline miles, hotel loyalty programs, credit card rewards, and upgrade opportunities
