About The Position

The Executive Transportation Specialist is responsible for providing safe, discreet and secure transportation for company executives, board members, and VIP quests. The role requires exceptional driving skills, sound judgement, and a deep commitment to safety, confidentiality, and service excellence. Occasional travel and support in other geographic locations may be required on a short-term, temporary basis. At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. This role reports to the office on d aily basis #LI-Onsite

Requirements

  • +1 years of proven experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or military protective services required.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executive movements required.
  • Must have a valid state driver license.
  • Strong knowledge of protective security principles, advance work, and understanding of security threats associated with C-suite executives.
  • Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED highly recommended
  • Proven ability to apply good judgment and promptly raise a critical issue to leadership when necessary.
  • Excellent knowledge of local and regional roadways, airports, and traffic patterns.
  • Strong situational awareness, discretion, emotional intelligence and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic security environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • Basic computer knowledge and use.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Executive Protection certification from a recognized training program preferred.
  • Defensive and evasive driving training highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide security, comfortable, and punctual transportation for executives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential hostile situations to protect executives.
  • Communicate effectively with executives and security personnel.
  • Conduct route planning to ensure the safety of executives, company information, property, and the company's reputation.
  • Provide security for the executive floor and at events in the specified area.
  • Learn to conduct site security assessments and liaise with law enforcement and other security professionals to ensure a safe environment for executive travel and events.
  • Assist in development of threat assessments and completion of security plans and briefs for events and executive travel.
  • Support Physical Security Program Administration team to complete quality assurance reviews
  • Respond to emergencies during executive transportation as needed.
  • Be available to work nights and weekends as required.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
