Responsibilities

• Support clients through structured programs for personal and professional growth
• Host coaching sessions and prospective client calls using provided scripts
• Develop strategies to engage and grow online communities
• Facilitate virtual workshops, webinars, and interactive Q&A sessions
• Engage with clients and communities online, with optional company events
• Participate in weekly training and development calls
