WORK MODEL #LI-OnSiteWHAT YOU WILL DO The Manager, Executive Tech Concierge is a dedicated technology partner for the CEO, ensuring seamless operation of all personal and professional tech systems. This role combines hands-on IT support with proactive adoption of AI tools to maximize the CEO's productivity and security. The responsibilities include: managing devices, troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, and traveling globally to provide on-site tech support during meetings, events, and roadshows.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Device & Connectivity Management: Maintain and troubleshoot CEO's laptops, tablets, smartphones, conferencing equipment, and travel connectivity solutions. Provide support, troubleshooting and resolve recurring issues for various application platforms, including: Office application errors and synchronization failures. Windows kernel-level events, BSOD (Blue Screen of Death), and system crashes. Global enterprise application that runs on endpoint hangs and performance degradation. Indexing and search-related failures in Windows environments. On-Site Support: Provide immediate tech assistance during global travel, ensuring reliable connectivity.Security Compliance: Monitor MFA, encryption, VPN, and secure data handling. Vendor Coordination: Work with internal IT and external vendors for hardware/software upgrades and issue resolution. Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles. Recommend and implement endpoint & application optimization strategies. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Seven or more years in IT support or executive tech enablement roles.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, device management (Windows/macOS/iOS).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across networks, conferencing, and mobile ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and secure travel practices.
  • Excellent communication and discretion; ability to simplify tech for a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree recommended.
  • Experience with a global corporation is a plus.
