This position involves setting and planning monthly/quarterly workload to support business priorities, managing a team to achieve sales goals, and balancing expertise across multiple specialty businesses. It also includes knowledge of competitors, leveraging insights to drive business objectives, and experience in managing and developing hourly team members and leaders, including recruiting, selecting, and talent management.
