  • Respond to negative guest experiences and ensure team support.
  • Own schedules that align with guest traffic and business needs.
  • Champion physical and digital offerings to enhance guest experience.
  • Utilize guest survey reporting tools to drive change.
  • Lead the team to deliver an efficient guest pick-up experience.

Requirements

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to manage conflict and lead others.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
