About The Position

The Executive Team Leader HR (Assistant Manager Human Resources) at Target is responsible for leading a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders to create a service culture that prioritizes guest experience while managing HR strategies and goals. This role involves significant interaction with team members on the sales floor, providing coaching and consulting to business leaders, and ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace. The position requires a strong focus on team development, operational change, and community engagement, all aimed at enhancing the overall performance and culture of the store.

Requirements

  • Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
  • Provide service and a shopping experience that meets guest needs.
  • Follow all safe and secure training and processes as a key carrier.
