The role of a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader can provide you with the knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building and managing a guest first culture on your team. You will manage a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency, enabling efficient delivery to our guests by leading pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work. This position requires you to develop a strategy and utilize your workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload ensuring you are guest ready at all times.

Requirements

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive total store sales and understand your role in sales growth.
  • Manage Food & Beverage, food services, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store.
  • Enable efficient delivery to guests by leading pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with your team to ensure completion of tasks and workload.
  • Manage all GM backroom and sales floor areas, review reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve.
  • Oversee GM Team Leaders workload planning including transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all GM areas.
  • Drive fulfillment sales by leading the Fulfillment team to fulfill each order accurately and efficiently.
  • Lead a culture centered in food safety; train, validate, and coach team to deliver proper execution on all food safety standards.
  • Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals.
  • Assess all GM and Food & Beverage backroom and sales floor areas, walk Food & Beverage Standards to assess priorities in food and review GM/Food reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve.
  • Plan, lead, and follow-up on organizational and operational change.
  • Develop and coach your team to elevate their skills and expertise.
  • Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
