About The Position

The Executive Support Technician at FOX Corporation is responsible for providing high-level technical support to C-Level Executives and their assistants. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring minimal downtime for executives, and involves hands-on support for various technical issues. The technician will also manage equipment installations, support special events, and collaborate with the Technology team on projects, all while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Corporate Help Desk/Desktop Support environment, particularly with C-Level Executives.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle challenging support situations calmly.
  • Strong technical knowledge and advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Okta, and both Windows and Mac environments.
  • Understanding of corporate networking and collaboration tools like Box, Slack, G-Suite, and Zoom.
  • Experience supporting multiple mobile device platforms, including iOS and Android.
  • Knowledge of IOT, automation systems, networking, AV, and infosec best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize and escalate multiple requests effectively.
  • Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy to heavy objects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide best in class, white-glove support to FOX Executives and their assistants.
  • Support FOX Executives with desktop hardware, software, mobile, audio/visual, and networking issues.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute computer equipment installations, imaging, upgrades, and replacements.
  • Provide support during onboarding and offboarding of executive and assistant new hires.
  • Assist with special events and executive meetings, including travel support.
  • Log, update, monitor, and follow up on support requests in the ticketing system.
  • Act as an escalation point for other Technology support team members.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently within the context of management objectives.
  • Procure, image, and deploy Mac and Windows desktops and laptops.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and software used within FOX.
  • Train employees on current and new technologies available to them.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team on special projects, including new technology deployment and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Support remote access and cloud technologies for remote work.
  • Manage mobile device carrier accounts and escalations.
  • Serve as a liaison between FOX and third-party vendors.
  • Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed.
