Job Description As the Executive Support Specialist you'll provide a broad range of administrative and support services to our President and CEO of Affluent Wealth Management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Responsibilities

  • Executive-Level Support: Anticipate needs, manage calendars, and keep priorities aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Information Connector: Build strong relationships with administrative peers to share insights and keep leadership informed.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate detailed travel arrangements and manage itineraries with precision.
  • Collaboration & Coaching: Partner with senior administrative peers, including training and coaching alongside executive assistants.
  • Project & Data Management: Gather and interpret data, assist with special projects, and create polished presentations and reports.
  • Strategic Organization: Maintain systems that ensure deadlines are met and tasks stay on track.
  • Executive Presence: Represent the executive professionally, ensuring visibility and influence even when they are not physically present.
