About The Position

Executive Suites Runner at Tropicana Field home of the Tampa Bay RaysSummary: Delivers food and beverage to the executive suites with a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary runner between the kitchen and executive suites to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders.
• Verify order accuracy, presentation, and completeness before delivering items to guests.
• Knowledgeable on all menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential guest inquiries.
• Assist with expediting food from the kitchen to ensure items are delivered fresh and within appropriate service times.
• Support suite attendants to ensure a premium executive suite experience for all guests.
• Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Completes side work as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
