About The Position
The Executive Steward is responsible for overseeing the stewarding department, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and managing the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. This role involves directing staff, managing inventory, controlling expenses, and maintaining high standards of service and safety. The Executive Steward works closely with the Executive Chef and other management to optimize operations and enhance the guest experience.
