Hilton Anatole is currently seeking an Executive Steward to join our award-winning team! Spanning 45 lush acres north of downtown Dallas, this AAA 4-Diamond property is an icon in the vibrant Design District boasting over 1,600 rooms, 600,000 square feet of banquet space, and 6 food and beverage outlets - 3 restaurants, a marketplace, a pool, and in-room dining. In this role you will manage and direct all stewarding operations to ensure designated food and beverage outlets have necessary supplies and equipment in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The ideal candidate brings at least (3) years of stewarding leadership experience within high-volume hotel operations, specifically supporting at least 300,000+ sqft of banquet space and multiple dining outlets. They excel in fast-paced, complex environments, demonstrating strong organization, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to supporting seamless F&B execution. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives amid constant movement and operational demands. Shift Pattern \: Fluctuating schedules, based on banquet business, weekends and holidays as needed.
