As an Executive Sous Chef, you are responsible for the overall success of our daily kitchen operations while under the direction of our executive chef. You prepare and cook delicious bbq meals on a regular basis while ensuring compliance with all culinary standards. To ensure consistent quality, you supervise all kitchen areas. You are a hands-on leader who leads by example, sharing your culinary talents as you mentor our staff. You empower our kitchen staff to provide excellent customer service, and you take any guest complaints seriously. Goal-oriented, you work to continually improve guest and staff satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget of our restaurant. You are passionate about facilitating the camaraderie that comes with working as part of a cohesive culinary team in a tightly run kitchen!
