Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Executive Sous Chef. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the efforts of the Resort Executive Chef, as the number two chef on the property. With significant volume associated with a steakhouse, QSR, Italian, grab-and-go, conventions, Tex-Mex, buffet, pastry, and candy, Kalahari Resorts does it all! As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll enhance the guest experience by ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation across all culinary venues and events. You’ll also support and develop culinary associates through hands-on leadership, training, and collaboration, fostering operational excellence and a strong team-driven culture. Weekends, evenings, and holiday availability are a must. The anticipated hire date for this position is Spring 2026.
