About The Position
The Vice President, Executive Security Management, is a key member of M&T Bank's Corporate Security leadership team. This role involves leading the Executive and Event Protection teams and directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Executive and Event Protection program. This program encompasses operational safety and physical security aspects of Executive Protection, site and advanced security assessments, training, and serving as a liaison with law enforcement, internal lines of business, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate executive protection and event security program development, security management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
