Provides executive-level administrative tasking by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, managing taskers, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and organize meetings and events (on/off site); secure facilities/equipment, operate presentation equipment, take attendance, draft/distribute minutes. Final decisions remain with the Government. Maintain and coordinate daily, short ‑ term, and long ‑ term calendars in Outlook; compose schedules, itineraries, and meeting arrangements; keep calendars current and resolve conflicts. Issue standardized calendar invites that include classification level, purpose, invitees, meeting POC, scheduler name; set recurring meetings in six ‑ month increments and refresh invitees. Prepare and develop correspondence, reports, memoranda, presentations, and ready ‑ to ‑ send emails for organization ‑ wide distribution. Track daily work schedules and responsibilities for GO/SES headquarters leadership (PEO, Executive Director, Chief of Staff, and Senior Leader organizations). Schedule and maintain conference room calendars; review at least quarterly and publish seating/equipment/schedule information.
