Requirements

  • 8+ years recruiting experience with a minimum of 3 years working on Executive level (VP+) search projects.
  • Experience in retained search firm or a combination of retained search + insourced executive search team.
  • Excellent communication skills shown through clear, structured and concise written and verbal presentation.
  • Strong business acumen and growth mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and working with highly confidential information.
  • Superior project and time management skills, continuously balancing and prioritizing multiple projects and competing demands.
  • Engaging style with the ability to establish rapport quickly, develop credibility and trusting relationships at all levels.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Technical acumen and data rigor.
  • Strong sourcing expertise and practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Trained and practiced in behavioral based interviewing and assessment techniques.
  • Collaborative style characterized by transparency, teamwork, flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their business objectives and talent needs.
  • Influence search and selection criteria based on labor market knowledge and identify and implement search strategies to attract top leadership talent.
  • Operate with an enterprise mindset, understanding the Kimberly-Clark business and talent strategies and continuously build a pipeline of highly qualified and interested candidates.
  • End to end management of leadership hiring and pipeline projects including developing thoughtful recruitment strategies underpinned by labor market insights.
  • Advise and consult with senior leaders regarding workforce trends, competitor insights, and executive candidate expectations.
  • Manage candidate relationships, ensuring exceptional candidate experience, performing referencing, offer proposal, negotiation and close of finalists.
  • Develop and embed innovative and forward-thinking practices in strategic recruiting methodologies.
  • Actively engage with internal partners to gain insight, elevate processes, and collaborate to deliver results.
  • Manage search firms as needed, as part of an overall executive sourcing strategy.
  • Continuously develop thorough research and talent intelligence on executives and executive-ready talent.
