About The Position

The Executive Sales Director (ESD) is responsible for the execution of the commercial strategy for profitable growth in the Texas territory for specialized sales representatives. The ESD is responsible for supervising Precision Oncology Account Executives in the specialties of Oncology & Molecular Oncology. This is a remote-based position, the ideal candidate will be located in Texas and will be able to travel within the territory up to 75%.

Requirements

  • Five years sales management experience in diagnostic or medical device environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes
  • Demonstrated success operating in a collaborative and effective manner in a matrixed organization
  • Business acumen measures

  • Experience in oncology diagnostics or oncology medical sales

  • Attains regional goals for Precision Oncology channel by specialty
