BMC is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the VP of Global Partner Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced organization that is on an exciting growth journey.   • Manage and keep up to date the heavy appointment calendars of the VP of Global Partner Sales.
  • Attend team calls and handle all follow-ups from those calls.
  • Plan and coordinate QBRs.
  • Coordinate all events (in person and virtual) including recognition events, sales events, and team-building events.
  • Book event venues, catering, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop travel itineraries and manage travel expense reports for domestic and international travel.
  • Serve as a back-up to other executive administrative assistants.
  • Manage certain administrative projects requiring research and information preparation.
  • 5+ years of executive level administrative support, preferably supporting a sales organization within an enterprise tech/software company.
  • Experience and success in setting up large global events including global travel.
  • Advanced skills with MS Office; Salesforce, Salesloft or any other sales technology is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and constantly re-prioritize as circumstances change.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Proactive and a self-starter who can work with little to no direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle tense situations in a tactful and professional manner.
  • Mature and experienced interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
