About The Position

The Executive Response Agent at Surefox North America Inc. is responsible for providing high-level physical security and incident detection services to clients, particularly in the Silicon Valley area. This role involves acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients, ensuring safety and security through observation, reconnaissance, and emergency response. The position requires a professional with integrity, exceptional observational skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with various teams and agencies.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible for employment within the United States
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening
  • Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate at your own expense
  • Must have at least 2 years of physical security experience
  • Must have a current BSIS guard card
  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely decisions
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • All applicants must pass the Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT)
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certification required
  • Possess a valid and current driver license
  • Valid U.S Passport
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Demonstrate an operational understanding of today's technology
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2-4 years of Security or law enforcement related experience preferred
  • Military background is a plus
  • Report writing experience preferred
  • Experience working with families and children in a high net worth environment
  • Experience with international travel and overseas protection assignments
  • Executive Protection related training course(s) attendance or experience
  • Driving course(s) attendance or experience
  • De-escalation training

Responsibilities

  • Provide incident detection capabilities to the client as requested
  • Develop relationships with clients and facilitate collaboration
  • Manage and monitor surveillance equipment and access points
  • Maintain and update logs with any pertinent activity observed
  • Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot and/or vehicle
  • Watch for unusual activity and respond to emergency situations
  • Coordinate with emergency services and law enforcement agencies
  • Observe departing personnel to protect against theft
  • Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
  • Assist employees and create a safe environment for visitors
  • Attend project meetings to assess security implications
  • Conduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments
  • Operate motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner
  • Follow Executive Response Program Operating Procedures and Guidelines
  • Provide vehicle patrols while reporting movements to a dispatch center
