About Our Nurse Management Division: For more than 30 years, Kaye/Bassman Nursing Management and Hospital Leadership Recruiters have placed top talent in essential nursing and hospital leadership roles nationwide. Our team leads strategic leadership searches and builds long-term partnerships with healthcare facilities and hospital systems across the United States.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience succeeding in sales, recruiting, or other people-first/customer service roles
• A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Goal-oriented and motivated by results and closing wins
• Familiar with tools like LinkedIn, Outlook, and CRM systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work onsite from our office in Boise, ID

Responsibilities

• Own the Process: Lead the full recruiting journey from first outreach through offer acceptance
• Create Opportunity: Drive high-volume outbound activity to spark new client relationships and build strong talent pipelines
• Prospect & Engage: Source and connect with top candidates through research, referrals, and strategic outreach
• Evaluate Talent: Interview candidates to uncover motivation, skill set, and true culture fit
• Launch Campaigns: Run creative, targeted recruiting and marketing campaigns that attract high-impact talent
• Hit the Phones: Connect through phone-based recruiting and outreach (comfort with dialing is key)
• Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates that drive repeat wins and lasting success
• Stay Organized: Keep CRM activity and records clean, accurate, and up to date
