This highly experienced and results-driven individual, as part of the Americas Talent Acquisition team, will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across Watts’ functions. This role will primarily support the executive talent acquisition process for Finance, IT, Legal, and Human Resources, however, it is expected this role will also support roles in other functional areas as required (sales, marketing, product management, engineering, operations). This role will directly impact the strategic hiring of individual contributors through senior leaders and ensure our talent acquisition processes reflect best-in-class practices aligned with Watts' values and business goals. This position reports to the Leader of Americas Talent Acquisition. This role is hybrid in North Andover, MA, working onsite 3+ days/week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (in absence of degree, will consider equivalent relevant work experience)
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 7+ years specifically focused on executive recruitment
  • Demonstrated success hiring for corporate functions (Finance, IT, Legal, HR, etc.) within complex matrixed organizations
  • Experience working in-house for global companies with a focus on enterprise-wide hiring
  • Strong understanding of employment regulations and ethical recruiting practices
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment simultaneously with discretion and urgency
  • Proficiency in modern executive sourcing platforms and ATS (e.g., Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Prior experience collaborating with third-party executive (retained) search firms
  • Prior experience working for a manufacturing organization strongly preferred
  • Advanced degree and/or SHRM certification preferred
  • Results-driven approach to full cycle recruitment strategies, operating with speed and efficiency in a high-pace growth environment
  • Adaptability and the ability to pivot priorities with shifting business solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment for all assigned roles
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and external search partners
  • Utilize business acumen and strategic agility to proactively identify and build an ongoing pipeline of potential executive candidate targets
  • Lead development and delivery of competitor talent analysis, utilizing tools and data to drive pipeline results
  • Drive and execute talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent
  • Maintain a deep understanding of talent trends and provide market intelligence to influence hiring decisions
  • Own and optimize candidate experience for talent through a consultative and high-touch approach
  • Negotiate candidate offers, aligned to Watts compensation philosophy and market data
  • Develop and manage robust candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing, networking, and succession planning
  • Provide interview training and strategic guidance to hiring leaders on best practices and unbiased assessment methods
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to entire talent acquisition and business partner community, drawing upon prior experience of a world-class recruitment process
  • Stay current on legal employment practices, partnering with Watts legal to ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Utilize data to inform decisions, track KPIs, and continuously improve hiring processes

  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned
