About The Position
The Executive Recruiter at Vail Resorts is responsible for leading strategic recruitment efforts for senior leadership positions across the company. This role involves collaborating with C-suite executives and HR partners to understand hiring needs, sourcing top talent, and enhancing the recruitment process. The recruiter will also focus on building long-term talent pipelines and improving recruiter capabilities within the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA COE).
