Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the staffing or executive search industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of the executive-level hiring process and market demands.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience (1 year preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their executive staffing needs and offer tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Identify, attract, and recruit executive-level candidates using various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market shifts to provide valuable insights and strategic recruiting recommendations.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial client consultation to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all parties.
  • Build a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates and maintain a database of executive professionals for future opportunities.
