As an Executive Recruiter, VP Practice, you will focus on hiring the best executive talent, representative of all users, enabling Google to build for an innovative and sustainable future. We are trusted advisors to the leadership at Google, relied on for advice about the outside talent market as well as how it compares to the talented Googlers we already have in the organization. With a perspective on the external technical talent landscape and deep insights into Google's business priorities, you will be part of a team developing search strategies and leading engagements to hire Vice Presidents for Google's technical portfolios.
