This job is responsible for executing the full life cycle of recruiting activities for executive hires including conducting phone screenings, scheduling, and interviewing candidates; conducts and manages internal and external executive searches; partners with selected search vendors and monitors progress of searches. Implement executive staffing and recruiting/sourcing strategies; identifies opportunities for improving executive recruiting processes and procedures; and consults and advises executive leadership on executive hiring. Be an expert in the healthcare executive market, its trends and developments.
