About The Position
Changing Lives Productions LLC is seeking an elite Executive Protection Security Manager to join our team in Calabasas, CA. This role is pivotal in providing world-class security services to our founders and their family, ensuring their safety and well-being in a fast-paced environment. As the Executive Personal Security Manager, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth risk assessments and crafting tailored security plans that address the unique needs of our executives. Your expertise will be crucial in providing close protection and security escort services during travel, events, and daily activities, ensuring seamless safety operations at all times. In this role, you will oversee security cameras, systems, and access control, maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail. Continuous monitoring and analysis of potential security threats will be part of your daily responsibilities, allowing you to implement proactive measures to mitigate risks before they escalate. You will maintain constant vigilance and situational awareness, responding swiftly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies that may arise. As the Executive Protection Manager, you will also oversee other protectors, managing their schedules to ensure there are no gaps in coverage. Your role may extend to assisting with estate management responsibilities and coordinating with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance security measures. Leading security briefings and training sessions for clients and their staff will be essential to ensure everyone is prepared and informed. Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion is paramount, as you will be responsible for respecting the privacy of clients, staff, and all business partners at all times. Additionally, you will provide secure and safe vehicle transportation for clients, ensuring every journey is as smooth and secure as possible.
