About The Position

As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of high-profile clients through armed and unarmed protection assignments. This role requires a high degree of motivation, adaptability, and the ability to operate independently in dynamic environments, both domestically and internationally. You will be tasked with providing close protection, driving clients to various locations, and maintaining a professional demeanor while representing the company.

Requirements

• Formal executive protection training at a reputable school.
• A high degree of firearms proficiency.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• High Emotional IQ and professionalism.
• Proven problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure.
• Ability to operate Google Suite, Office, and basic electronic devices.

Nice To Haves

• Vehicle Defensive Driving Course or EVOC certification.
• Surveillance/Counter-Surveillance course.
• Tactical Firearms course.
• EMT/Paramedic certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety and security of designated Principals and their property.
• Provide close protection to Principals at various venues, events, business meetings, and personal trips.
• Drive Principals to various personal and business venues and off-site assignments.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the use and maintenance of all equipment used in support of protective operations.
• Maintain an acceptable professional appearance and communicate effectively with Principals, staff, and vendors.
• Adapt to various tasks assigned outside of traditional security operations.
• Interact with children and demonstrate strong emotional intelligence.
• Conduct advance work for routes, venues, and travel trips.
• Complete detailed reports and coordinate with Principal's staff and outside personnel.
• Maintain physical fitness to provide protective coverage during physically taxing activities.
