About The Position
This role is focused on ensuring the safety and security of principles through various responsibilities. The position involves monitoring security systems and technology tools across multiple properties, including alarms and cameras. The individual will manage access control for visitors, employees, and vendors, and will also operate as a driver for secure transportation operations. There are opportunities for travel and special assignments, and the role requires effective communication and relationship-building with key staff and employee stakeholders. Discretion and confidentiality are paramount, as is the ability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position also involves partnering with intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats. Detecting and reporting suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities is a critical aspect of the job, which requires the ability to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment.
