Exiger is seeking an Executive Program Director to lead and integrate a complex, high-consequence portfolio of significant scale supporting Department of Defense strategic priorities at the intersection of supply chain resilience, mission assurance, and advanced technology. This role is responsible for overseeing program execution, serving as the senior interface with government stakeholders, and ensuring analytical insights are translated into decision-grade guidance and executable outcomes. Reporting to senior Exiger leadership, this leader will own day to day direction of a mission critical portfolio, bringing the cadence and accountability expected in major defense programs. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate closely with product and engineering to turn mission needs into fieldable capabilities, decision grade assessments, and measurable outcomes that support sustainment and modernization priorities. This is a high visibility role built for a senior operator and program leader who is credible with Flag and SES stakeholders, fluent in the language of requirements and execution, and comfortable making decisions at the strategic operational seam where technical rigor, operational realism, and speed matter.
