About The Position

The qualified Executive Producer will use their broad-based knowledge and extensive production network to strategically choose production and creative partners for each project. In conjunction with a producer, the Executive Producer will create detailed production calendars and budgets. They will be responsible for ensuring the success of producers and production team who report directly to them, as well as creating and cultivating a production culture of excellence that achieves best-in-in class production results (great creative, perfectly executed) on each and every project that his/her team is responsible for. The Executive Producer is comfortable presenting to senior management, can read a room, and react accordingly. The Executive Producer will direct and manage the entire Meetings & Shows production process; creative proposal through final budget reconciliation, while managing strong, customer-oriented teams.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of direct experience as a business meeting or event producer to include:
  • Creative concepts for corporate meeting & events
  • Scenic renderings
  • Stage design & build
  • CAD design
  • Management of equipment and technician providers
  • Show flow creation and management
  • Video production
  • Budget management
  • Project fulfillment
  • On-site management
  • Vendor selection & price negotiation
  • Minimum of 8 years of direct experience as a business meeting or event producer
  • Ability to produce multiple events such as: Awards Presentations, Receptions, Theme Events, Experintial Events, Non-Traditional Events
  • Extensive experience with domestic and international events for 2,500 – 10,000 attendees
  • Exceptional production and technical skills with a strong creative background
  • Expert Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Vectorworks, CAD (a plus), Power Point
  • Effective, Professional Business Communication Skills - Written, Presentation, Client Contact
  • Must embody the Unbridled brand and culture: character, change, credibility, and community

  • Advanced degree is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct creative and production process from design through delivery
  • Collaborate with logistics & design teams to develop client solutions
  • Collaborate with logistics and production teams to develop budgets and production schedules
  • Participate in client presentations when required
  • Produce meetings and shows with a high level of production value within established budgets
  • Develop and manage production schedules for all assigned projects
  • Develop and manage production budgets for all assigned projects
  • Select, hire, and direct selected vendors and freelancers
  • Hire and manage on-site production crews
  • Day-to-day tasks could include: agenda management, scheduling client meetings, hiring and overseeing production staff on show elements and budget management
  • Manage all post-event requests
  • Maintain a safe, ethical and legally compliant work environment
