About The Position

Want to be a part of the #1 TV Broadcast Team in the #4 market? We're seeking a dynamic, bold Executive Producer to lead our streaming news operation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for shaping the future of our local news streaming experience on FOX Local, FAST channels and social media. This is an exciting time to be part of our team. Not only are we Dallas-Fort Worth's top source for local news, but we will also soon be moving our entire News operations to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility coming in 2026.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading streaming content teams or producing content specifically for streaming is a plus.
• Proficiency with live streaming technology, the ability to teach and train a team, and a demonstrated willingness to learn and experiment with the technology.
• A deep understanding of the news and current events, and a passion for educating audiences.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong news judgment and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• A strong understanding of social media platforms and digital analytics.
• A creative mindset and a willingness to experiment with new formats and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a talented team of producers and hosts to deliver high-quality, engaging content.
• Develop and execute a robust streaming content strategy that includes live programs, breaking news coverage, exclusive interviews, and original features for connected TV, mobile streaming and social media.
• Explore innovative ways to leverage streaming technology and social media to reach new audiences and enhance the viewer experience.
• Analyze audience data to identify trends, optimize programming decisions, and maximize viewership.
• Work closely with our production team to create visually stunning content that captivates audiences.
