About The Position

Start Date: March 18, 2026 Location: Hybrid/Remote in San Francisco, also open to LA ( work in-person with the team when needed) Job Type: Contract (1 year) Working Hours: 40 hours/week- OT during launch times Compensation: $140 WHY THIS ROLE You'll be embedded with a high-caliber creative team working on some of the most exciting technology products in the world. We're looking for a take-charge creative operations producer who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to keep a complex machine running smoothly. You'll be the connective tissue across creative teams, stakeholders, and agency partners — ensuring every project moves from brief to launch without missing a beat. This is a high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of creative production and digital marketing. You'll oversee social content operations across multiple simultaneous campaigns — managing intake, trafficking, legal approvals, and delivery — all while keeping teams aligned and launches on track. You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should be genuinely curious about it. This team is operating at the forefront of AI-driven content innovation, and an enthusiasm for how new tools are reshaping creative production will serve you well here.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience managing creative projects in an agency or in-house marketing/production environment
  • Proven experience managing social content production at scale across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, etc.)
  • Deep familiarity with creative trafficking workflows, approval processes, and legal routing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an obsessive attention to detail — you catch what others miss
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you keep everyone informed and aligned without micromanaging
  • Expertise with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar) and the ability to build systems that scale
  • Solid understanding of creative workflows across design, video, and copywriting — you know enough about each discipline to manage effectively across all of them
  • Experience coordinating between internal creative teams and external agency partners
  • A track record of delivering across simultaneous campaigns and launches without dropping the ball
  • A calm, solutions-first approach to competing priorities and shifting timelines
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and evolving creative technologies — you don't need to be a practitioner, but you follow what's happening
  • Must have portfolio- when applying

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a tech company or working on tech brand campaigns
  • Background working on product launch campaigns with aggressive timelines
  • Familiarity with content workflows for AI-related or technology products

Responsibilities

  • Traffic social content across all platforms, managing assets from kickoff through final delivery
  • Track all social posts across internal teams and agency partners — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
  • Maintain production workflows and ensure every deliverable is hitting milestones
  • Own operational efficiency end-to-end: briefing, processing, approvals routing, legal clearances
  • Identify bottlenecks before they become problems and implement solutions quickly
  • Keep documentation, trackers, and status reports current and accessible
  • Manage internal creative production for smaller and mid-size projects from brief to delivery
  • Ensure all creative output meets brand standards, platform specs, and launch requirements
  • Be present and engaged at launches — you understand why they matter and show up accordingly
