Serves as a subject matter expert for organization's strategic plan relating to recruitment of highly specialized physicians. Develops execution plans to compete, attract and retain top talent for organization. Develops internal and external programs and talent pools to create greater competitive advantage for the organization. Leads the full life-cycle of executive recruiting in partnership with stakeholders, affiliates, and external search firms from sourcing to onboarding and retention. Provides expertise to other recruiters on pipeline searches to fill director and other management related positions.
