About The Position

We’re seeking an exceptional individual to take on the dual role of Executive and Personal Assistant to the CEO, overseeing the seamless management of both professional and personal responsibilities. In this highly impactful role, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the CEO’s personal life, family, and household run smoothly while also managing the professional needs of the CEO’s schedule and legacy-building initiatives. This position is primarily onsite at the CEO’s home, requiring a proactive approach to identifying needs and handling a wide range of responsibilities. You will manage household operations, coordinate travel, handle schedules and billing, and provide daily support to the family. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by the desire to serve and innovate.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and oversee maid services (Mondays and Fridays) and ensure the home is clean and organized.
  • Manage repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of the home, including when the family is traveling.
  • Oversee household billing, wire transfers, and tracking all charges/expenses.
  • Schedule vehicle maintenance and ensure vehicles are clean and serviced.
  • Coordinate errands and shopping for gifts or other family needs.
  • Drive children to and from school and extracurricular activities as needed.
  • Manage the family’s schedules, including school, activities, and personal appointments.
  • Manage the CEO’s travel, calendar, and scheduling.
  • Provide administrative support, including coordinating meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with projects and initiatives to help the CEO innovate and grow his personal and professional legacy.
