Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience outside training in related fields.
- Must have working knowledge and demonstrated the ability to man 100% of all stations in the bake shop without hesitation.
- Must have working knowledge and advance proficiency in piping jells, icings, creams, etc.
- Ability to obtain all necessary work cards
Responsibilities
- Ensure that kitchens and equipment are in good working order to ensure a clean and hazard free work area.
- If kitchen and/or equipment are not in good working order, report the problem immediately.
- Must possess the ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment pertaining to a three-meal period and high volume production, including but not limited to, baking all manners of cakes, pies, pastries, breads, tortes, etc., for Guest services according to Station Casinos’ standards and specifications.
- Follow recipe book and guidelines set forth by corporate food and beverage.
