The Executive Operations Partner provides strategic and operational leverage to the Chief Executive Officer by strengthening executive focus, discipline, and follow-through across the leadership team. This role ensures the CEO is consistently well-prepared, well-informed, and positioned to drive clear priorities, timely decisions, and measurable outcomes across the enterprise.Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, the Executive Operations Partner serves as a trusted extension of the Office of the CEO. The role orchestrates executive cadence, drives rigorous preparation for leadership forums, synthesizes critical insights, and ensures commitments made by the CEO and his direct reports translate into action and results. By improving clarity, accountability, and decision quality at the top of the organization, this role directly enhances enterprise execution.This is not an administrative coordination role. It is an executive operations position designed to elevate leadership effectiveness, reinforce performance discipline, and strengthen organizational follow-through on the company’s most important strategic and operational priorities.
