About The Position

Product Operations & Business Rhythm Enablement Support the Product organization's operating rhythm, including leadership team meetings, product reviews, roadmap updates, and planning cycles. Build high-quality presentations and meeting artifacts that clearly communicate priorities, decisions, and progress. Partner with the broader product team to align deadlines, dependencies, and workflows. Track commitments and follow-ups across the Product leadership team and ensure accountability. Streamline processes by creating templates, operating guidelines, meeting structures, and communication norms. Coordinate internal and external engagements for the Chief Product Officer, including industry conferences, media events, client meetings, panels, and internal forums. Work closely with Communications to ensure consistent, polished messaging across all external appearances. Manage light project planning for cross-functional workstreams Develop project trackers, action logs, and status updates to maintain momentum and visibility. Support preparation for ELT sessions, Board updates, and product strategy reviews. Manage complex calendar scheduling, prioritization, and sequencing. Coordinate domestic and international travel; develop detailed itineraries and briefing materials. Prepare, refine, and manage executive-level correspondence, presentations, agendas, talking points, and briefing documents.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of blended experience across business operations, project management, and executive support
  • Expert-level skills in presentation design (PowerPoint); strong visual storytelling capability.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; able to craft polished, concise executive-ready materials.
  • Proven ability to manage complex logistics, competing priorities, and confidential information.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate with urgency in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence without authority, and manage cross-functional interactions.
  • Self-driven, proactive, anticipatory mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Prior experience supporting senior executives in technology, consulting, or SaaS/product organizations preferred
